Prior to the Installation on the same day, District Governor Elect Rtn. Ashish Ghosh accompanied by his team will pay an official visit to our club at Hotel Crowne Plaza itself. The Governor’s visit is a very important event in the Rotary calendar. It is during this visit, the Governor apprises himself of our club’s activities and plans and suggests different avenues of activities for us to involve ourselves in for the betterment of the Club and enhancement of the District. The programme would be – 5.45 to 6.15 p.m. Meeting with the President, Secretary and President Elect.
